CHAPTER NINE: OBLIVION
They all looked shocked. Uncle Hamilton picked it up the ashes. "NOOOOOOOO!!!" he said sadly. "I'm right here!" said a voice. They all looked up. There, on the other side of the border, was a semi-transparent Mrs Hamilton. "WOAH..." they all said. "Come..." said Mrs Hamilton. Hardis walked through and emerged on the other side. Uncle Hamilton, Heila and Mrs Higgyfiggle followed. They looked around. It was a bright white. EVERYWHERE was white. "Where are we?" asked Heila, confused. "OBLIVION..." said a weak voice. They all looked around. An old, brown-furred cat, with some grey patches of fur, who was wearing glasses and an old, broken lab coat, and had a big tail, was sitting on an old suitcase.
"HEY...you seem familiar..." said Hardis. He took a piece of broken paper out of his pocket and looked at it. His eyes widened and he looked up. "Dad? said Hardis, shocked. Everyone came to look at the picture. It was a photo of Hank Hamilton, their father, with a fishing rod, Hardis standing next to him, holding his own fishing rod, and Harry, with a big hat on his head. "Woah..." said Mrs Higgyfiggle. "You’re old..." she said. Hank looked at her angrily. "Hank!" said Uncle Hamilton happily, shaking Hank’s hand happily. "I missed you, brother..." said Uncle Hamilton with a grin.
"I thought you were DEAD..." said Heila, shocked. "Ooh…Heila that's harsh..." said Mrs Hamilton, staring at her. "Where's my little Harry?" said Hank. "Well...actually...we followed him here..."said Mrs Higgyfiggle honestly. "I hope that EVIL little kitten with the crown didn't get him..." said Hank darkly. "What evil little kitten?" asked Hardis. "That little cat keeps on coming past me, dragging other cats... to the most HORRILE place ever. I managed to escape." said Hank. "How are you hiding?" asked Heila. "I am hiding in my suitcase. He thinks it's just an old suitcase and doesn't care to take it. Stupid kitten." said Hank with a chuckle. "Wait...that kitten must be HARPER!!!" said Mrs Hamilton, shocked. "Who is Harper?" said Hank, getting up. "Harper's my son!" said Hardis. "Wow Hardis, I’m angry with you, now I have an evil grandson" said Hank. "Anyways...can you show us where the place is?" said Uncle Hamilton. "Ok, but beware, it's hard to get out..." said Hank, leading the others...
